Executive Chef Ryan Pirie oversees both venues, but it's Head Chef Matthew Stewart and Senior Sous Chef Adam Stewart who bring the menus to life day to day — and the food is all the better for it. Everything here is designed for sharing — order three, order more, pass things around the table and see what everyone else got. Local produce runs through everything: Peterhead haddock, Aberdeen Angus beef, Isle of Mull smoked cheddar, Mackie's ice cream. Scotland's larder is extraordinary when you use it properly.
